Green Tea Benefits; It can make you Feel Happy, Confident and Sexy

Introduction

Green tea has many benefits, but can it truly make you feel happier, more confident and sexy? That is good question to start with our analysis.

Why Green tea?

The reason we picked green tea is because research/studies has proven that it is one of the healthiest beverages on this earth. It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body, which can prevent the damage of our cells. It  has other abilities as well such as to fight cancer, boost happiness, brain saving and to slowdown the aging effect.

New studies have shown that Green tea helps to protect your teeth and your body after workout. If we look at all these benefits, we need to start asking our selves why do we even bother  drinking anything else then green tea.

Moving back to our our main topic. We all want to stay young, be happy, have more confidence and be sexier. Sadly enough, staying young  is not possible as we all have to become old at some point, however if the possibility exists, why not take the opportunity? The other three matters are a state of mind and green tea can also help in those areas.

Finally you won’t reach the full benefits by drinking only green tea on a daily basis, but it will for sure be a pillar in your quest for youth, happiness, confidence and sexiness.

So what are the benefits?

Can slowdown the aging process

It is loaded with polyphenols like flavonoids and catechins, which function as powerful antioxidants.

These substances can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting cells and molecules from damage. These free radicals are known to contribute to aging and the breakdown of organs. Both animal and human studies have demonstrated that green tea applied to your skin can reduce sun damage.

Instead of drinking green tea, some people apply green tea bags to their skin to soothe sunburn. Green tea bags are also used to decrease puffiness under the eyes, as a compress for tired eyes or headache.

Basically what we are saying here is that it can give you the ageless look of Vanessa Williams.

The catechins in green tea not only has effect on aging, but also other biological effects as well.

It has been concluded in some studies that they can kill Streptococcus mutansStreptococcus mutans is the primary harmful bacteria in the mouth. It causes plaque formation and is a leading contributor to cavities and tooth decay.

You can also use green tea bag to stop gums from bleeding after a tooth is pulled.

It can also kill bad breath, giving you the confidence to talk to anyone without you having to worry about having dragon breath (stinky breath). A beautiful smile can conquer the world.

It improves brain function and can make you smarter.

Studies results shown that a drink with 250 mg of green tea extract increased the brain connections that process and store information. (Take a look at these 10 other ways to seriously improve your memory.)

A study released by the University of Porto in Portugal also found that green tea can keep brain cells stable for longer, and delay brain decline.
The key active ingredient is caffeine, which is a known stimulant. It doesn’t contain as much as coffee, but enough to produce a response without causing the “jittery” effects associated with too much caffeine.

Caffeine has been intensively studied before and consistently leads to improvements in various aspects of brain function, including improved mood, vigilance, reaction time and memory.

However… green tea contains more than just caffeine. It also has the amino acid L-theanine, which is able to cross the blood-brain barrier.

L-theanine increases the activity of the inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA, which has anti-anxiety effects. It also increases dopamine and the production of alpha waves in the brain.

Combining caffeine with sugar works like “energy drink”, and it seems to improve mental performance more than caffeine or sugar alone.

Bottom line; green tea can maintain your brain young. If you can remember when you were young, your brain used to absorb and keep more information. At an older age I am sure you still remember all the lyrics of the songs you used to sing when you were young, but today at an older age it seems very difficult to remember even  the lyrics of “Hello” from Adele.

The better your brain function the more information you can keep, and this can help you in your work and your social life as you won’t have any difficulties absorbing all the knowledge around you. This in turn you can share with other people. With this power you will for sure feel more confident, and confident makes you feel sexy and secure about yourself. As an effect you could also be funnier and better in every area of your life.

Lose Weight and Lower Your Risk of Obesity

To start this section it is important to point out if you look at the ingredients of any fat burning supplement, chances are that green tea will be on that list. Reason for this is because it has been shown in studies that it increase fat burning and boost in short-term your metabolism. What I found interesting is that it particularly help with the burning of fat around the belly area. That said it still doesn’t mean that you can drink green tea the whole day and see the weight disappear. For better result you need to maintain yourself to a healthy diet and be active. Build up a workout routine to support and help this cause.

Another interesting result is that it prevents the breakdown of chemical in the body that signals to the brain that we’re full. When these chemical are low we will start feeling hungry. So actually you may eat less with the consequence you will lose weight.

Happier that you can keep and absorb more information, because you brain is working better. Happier because you can workout more, and with the consequence you can lose more weight. Why more weight? So go ahead have 2 or 3 cups a day together with a healthy diet and physical activity and be happy, confident and sexy.

Warning:

  • Green tea seems to prevent the body to absorb properly iron and folic acid. For this reasons it is recommend to drink green tea if you are pregnant. If you do, have the minimum of one cup a day.
  • It is recommended to drink this tea in between meals, and not with a meal.
  • According to WebMD.com it’s considered unsafe to have more then 3 cups a day. This is due to the amount of caffeine in this beverage. If you want to drink, more you can replace this with decaffeinated green tea. The setback here is that decaffeinated green tea will not have all the same benefits as its counterpart.
